OUR SERVICES

  • By law, only a professional land surveyor can provide spatial representation of a property for the security of tenure and rights in land.
  • We create opportunities for the land owner to develop and maintain rights in land for freehold, sectional title, servitudes and leases.
  • We produce high quality cartographic maps from data using land or aerial survey of natural and manmade features.
  • We enrich Geographical Information Science graduates with mentoring programs on a path to registration with the South African Geomatics Council.
  • We collaborate with Council registered colleagues using lidar scanners, drones and fixed wing platforms to deliver 3d model data both in point cloud, 2d and 3d formats (Autodesk Revit).
  • We conform to the principles, regulations and codes of conduct of the Geomatics Profession Act 19 of 2013.
  • We abide by the constitution and codes of conduct of the South African Geomatics Institute.

Rights governed by national law, compliance with municipal and provincial legislation (SPLUMA and By-laws for example).

These data, supported by survey diagrams and sectional title plans will assist the owner in the development potential of land and buildings.

Boundary, beacon and building certificates, building height certificates and building basement certificates.

GEOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION SYSTEMS

Conforming to the registration criteria of the South African Geomatics Council, assess candidates’ academic qualifications and develop a training plan to ensure GIS component knowledge that will result in candidate registration.
